A few on my “North” circuit…

Starting to feel like the plane is a glove again. Man she feels good with the new wing and engine. I know, I sound like a broken record. Today was a good day. Hit a lot of my North Circuit and ventured east into the desert for some slow flight landing work. The desert is a great place for that as you can take off and touch down again over and over for miles on end. Really got to feel the plane out today big time. Anyhow, to spare you on my writing skills I will just post some photos. Figure I will update this daily as I fly…

Here is one of my favorite spots, “Stampede South West”:

“Frenchmans Ranch” that many of you have been to

The desert…I call this one “Dead Cow”

South of Susanville lake bed…Many of you have been here…

Then things started to get a little bit serious but having only 12 hours on the new plane I thought it best to come back another day here…. #-o [-X
“High Top” …a new one…  …doesnt count though…I only did a touch a go / slow drag

High Top 2…just next to the one above…same goes here…just a drag and then pushed it over the edge for almost 170 mph down the other side… #-o

And then back toward home to land at “Stampede North West” and found a lot of fish!

Being chased by big browns and rainbows…wish I had my fly rod!

And great parking…I need to camp here…CAUTION: dont land here unless you have big tires and can land short!

All in all, a great day!

Wind is supposed to blow in the AM…seasons are changing
