Guessing at least a week&#8230;\u00a0<img title=\"d'oh!\" src=\"http:\/\/www.backcountrypilot.org\/forum\/images\/smilies\/eusa_doh.gif\" alt=\"#-o\" \/>\u00a0<img title=\"Sad\" src=\"http:\/\/www.backcountrypilot.org\/forum\/images\/smilies\/icon_sad.gif\" alt=\":(\" \/>\u00a0With all of the &#8220;little&#8221; things that need attention given how much we have done to her we are now just addressing the loose ends. Crazy but true&#8230;there is always something.<\/p>\n<p>I will try to go through the items here in photos&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>For starters&#8230;the new rubber for the baffling arrived. We pulled the old rubber out today and started to add the new.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.backcountrypilot.org\/gallery\/albums\/userpics\/12335\/normal_IMG_6411.JPG\" rel=\"lightbox[slideshow]\"><img src=\"http:\/\/www.backcountrypilot.org\/gallery\/albums\/userpics\/12335\/normal_IMG_6411.JPG\" alt=\"Image\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Needing to replace this (we have the new one in hand) as a bolt hole was cracked during removal\u00a0<img title=\"Mad\" src=\"http:\/\/www.backcountrypilot.org\/forum\/images\/smilies\/icon_mad.gif\" alt=\":x\" \/>\u00a0(easy fix) Will also need to vaccum out the inside of this tank&#8230;<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.backcountrypilot.org\/gallery\/albums\/userpics\/12335\/normal_IMG_6398.JPG\" rel=\"lightbox[slideshow]\"><img src=\"http:\/\/www.backcountrypilot.org\/gallery\/albums\/userpics\/12335\/normal_IMG_6398.JPG\" alt=\"Image\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I ended up replacing all of these as they were cracked. You will see why they are not screwed back in yet&#8230;<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.backcountrypilot.org\/gallery\/albums\/userpics\/12335\/normal_IMG_6401.JPG\" rel=\"lightbox[slideshow]\"><img src=\"http:\/\/www.backcountrypilot.org\/gallery\/albums\/userpics\/12335\/normal_IMG_6401.JPG\" alt=\"Image\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>We need to fit the control cables back into the wings&#8230;<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.backcountrypilot.org\/gallery\/albums\/userpics\/12335\/normal_IMG_6390%7E0.JPG\" rel=\"lightbox[slideshow]\"><img src=\"http:\/\/www.backcountrypilot.org\/gallery\/albums\/userpics\/12335\/normal_IMG_6390%7E0.JPG\" alt=\"Image\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Any idea how long the new wings are with the Wing X? Try 39.8 feet!<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.backcountrypilot.org\/gallery\/albums\/userpics\/12335\/normal_IMG_6403.JPG\" rel=\"lightbox[slideshow]\"><img src=\"http:\/\/www.backcountrypilot.org\/gallery\/albums\/userpics\/12335\/normal_IMG_6403.JPG\" alt=\"Image\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ever curious how much the Sportsman adds to a stock Cessna wing&#8230;this pic give you a good idea&#8230;over 3 inches<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.backcountrypilot.org\/gallery\/albums\/userpics\/12335\/normal_IMG_6418.JPG\" rel=\"lightbox[slideshow]\"><img src=\"http:\/\/www.backcountrypilot.org\/gallery\/albums\/userpics\/12335\/normal_IMG_6418.JPG\" alt=\"Image\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Battery is and has been firewall forward&#8230;this may end up changing depending on the actual weight of the nose<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.backcountrypilot.org\/gallery\/albums\/userpics\/12335\/normal_IMG_6412.JPG\" rel=\"lightbox[slideshow]\"><img src=\"http:\/\/www.backcountrypilot.org\/gallery\/albums\/userpics\/12335\/normal_IMG_6412.JPG\" alt=\"Image\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Before the new baffling but thought this was a great shot of my oil cooler&#8230;it has been overhauled and she looks brand new!<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.backcountrypilot.org\/gallery\/albums\/userpics\/12335\/normal_IMG_6408.JPG\" rel=\"lightbox[slideshow]\"><img src=\"http:\/\/www.backcountrypilot.org\/gallery\/albums\/userpics\/12335\/normal_IMG_6408.JPG\" alt=\"Image\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Looking up at the new engine&#8230;she sure is pretty<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.backcountrypilot.org\/gallery\/albums\/userpics\/12335\/normal_IMG_6405.JPG\" rel=\"lightbox[slideshow]\"><img src=\"http:\/\/www.backcountrypilot.org\/gallery\/albums\/userpics\/12335\/normal_IMG_6405.JPG\" alt=\"Image\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This is also an easy fix but it needs attention<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.backcountrypilot.org\/gallery\/albums\/userpics\/12335\/normal_IMG_6385.JPG\" rel=\"lightbox[slideshow]\"><img src=\"http:\/\/www.backcountrypilot.org\/gallery\/albums\/userpics\/12335\/normal_IMG_6385.JPG\" alt=\"Image\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>New interior flooring from SCS arrived and fit like a glove<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.backcountrypilot.org\/gallery\/albums\/userpics\/12335\/normal_IMG_6388.JPG\" rel=\"lightbox[slideshow]\"><img src=\"http:\/\/www.backcountrypilot.org\/gallery\/albums\/userpics\/12335\/normal_IMG_6388.JPG\" alt=\"Image\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Baby BW and cables that need to go on&#8230;easy&#8230;.also my cowling sitting there. It went to a machine shop and came out great!<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.backcountrypilot.org\/gallery\/albums\/userpics\/12335\/normal_IMG_6417.JPG\" rel=\"lightbox[slideshow]\"><img src=\"http:\/\/www.backcountrypilot.org\/gallery\/albums\/userpics\/12335\/normal_IMG_6417.JPG\" alt=\"Image\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Not certain I like how close the alt sits to the firewall. Will need to address this&#8230;Ideas? Its all just little stuff. Of course we still have all the probes and such along with the exhaust and prop details but we are thinking about a good solid week ahead and she should be ready to fire up. Almost 6000 views here&#8230;I am blown away.
